Chia Pudding recipe using LEO 🌟Did you know that chia seeds are SUPER healthy and easy to prepare? They are high in protein, full of omega-3s and packed with fibre!
Follow along this recipe and add your favourite fruits and Little Étoile pouch. This is also meal-prep friendly which means less fuss in the kitchen – who doesn’t love that? 🥝
Ingredients
– Granola/Oats (Your choice)
– Little Etoile Organic’s Vanilla Flavoured Custard
– Little Etoile Organic’s Pear, Mango & Banana
– Fruit of your choice
Method
- Add ½ cup of oats or granola to a bowl
- Squeeze some of Little Etoile Organic’s Vanilla Flavoured Custard pouch into a glass until the bottom of the glass is no longer visible
- Layer some granola / oats on top
- Squeeze a layer of Little Etoile Organic’s Pear, Mango & Banana pouch
- Squeeze a layer of Little Etoile Organic’s Vanilla Flavoured Custard pouch
- Layer some granola / oats on top
- Continue following the process until you get to ¾ of the glass
- Add some fruit on top (we recommend strawberries)
