As you may already know safety regulation when producing baby food is to heat pouches to kill off any bacteria that have snuck into pouches and may be harmful to your baby. So, what about the nutrients inside? While some nutrients may be affected by heat treating, our pouches remain high in essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
How do we know this? Because we voluntarily batch test our pouches and we can see the high level of nutrients retained after heat treating. The nutrition values on our products are not just tested at time the product is released to the market or freshly made, but also tested regularly during the product shelf life as part of our comprehensive stability testing program.
