Quinoa Risotto

Recipe time! 👩🏻‍🍳 Make this quick, nutritious and super yummy Veggie Quinoa Risotto for your little star 🌟 You can use any of our savoury Little Étoile Organic pouches in this recipe 😊 Who’s going to give it a go?

Ingredients
– Olive oil
– Risotto rice
– Quinoa
– Little Etoile Organic’s Sweet potato, pumpkin & corn pouch
– Frozen peas
– Cheese (Of your choice)

Method

  • Pour some olive oil into a saucepan on medium heat
  • Add ¼ cup of risotto rice and ¼ cup of quinoa, and lightly toast them
  • Add ½ cup of hot water and simmer, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed
  • Add another 1 cup of hot water, let it simmer and stir it occasionally until liquid is almost absorbed
  • Squeeze the whole Little Etoile Organic Sweet Potato, Pumpkin & Corn pouch into the saucepan
  • Stir it through well
  • Add your desired amount of frozen peas and cheese
  • Stir and cook until the risotto is of a thick consistency
