The purchase of any products offered on the www.littleetoile.com online sales website (this Website) is subject to these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions Little Étoile is referred to as “we” and the purchase of products or other user of this Website is referred to as “you”, “our” and “your” have corresponding meanings.

By accessing, browsing and/or using this Website you agree to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time and such variations will become effective immediately they are published on this Website.

No resale of products

Products may not be purchased on this Website for resale. The resale or distribution of Little Etoile products purchased on this Website is prohibited.

Products may only be purchased for delivery in Australia.

Accuracy of Website

We endeavour to ensure that the contents of this Website are accurate and complete, but we are unable to warrant that product descriptions, product information and other contents of this Website are at all times accurate, complete, current or error free.

Product prices are accurate at the time of display, but are subject to variation at any time.

Liability for Website

You accept that we will not be liable in any circumstances for anything which occurs as a result of you relying on information on this Website.

Nothing on this Website constitutes professional advice.

Ordering products

When you click on the Pay button on completing the ordering process on this Website you will be confirming your order.

You will receive:

  • an email confirming receipt of your order;
  • an email confirming despatch of your order.

Orders cannot be redirected once despatched.

While every effort is made to ensure that products displayed on this Website are available, orders placed are subject to availability of products at the time of ordering. In the event that a product is for any reason not available after placement of an order, you will be informed of the unavailability by email and you may elect to either wait for your order to be available or to cancel your order.

The data on this Website in respect of an order will be conclusive proof of the order and details of the transaction.

Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders over $59.99, otherwise a flat rate of $9.99 applies to all orders.

Orders will be shipped to you using Australia Parcel Post and will be subject to Australia Parcel Post shipping and delivery policies and conditions.

All orders require a signature on delivery and if you are not present to sign for delivery of the order Australia Post will leave a notice or collection card with information as to how your order may be collected.

You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery and note any discrepancies. An opened package or damaged product should be noted when you sign for delivery.

Pricing and payment

The prices of products displayed on this Website are in Australian dollars and payments must be made in Australian dollars.

We reserve the right to change the prices of products offered on this Website at any time, but the prices payable by you will be the prices which were displayed on this Website at the time your order was confirmed.

Payment with respect to any order you place for products on this Website will be made immediately we confirm your order and your credit card will be debited at that time.

We only accept payments made by:

  • MasterCard;
  • Visa; or
  • Paypal

Returns

Returns of products ordered will only be accepted if:

  • the products are not in conformity with the order;
  • the products are damaged or defective; or
  • the products are not fit for purpose or are otherwise unusable.

We will at our option either replace the products returned in accordance with the above returns policy, or refund the purchase cost of the products and shipping costs.

Liability for products

We do not provide any guarantees with respect to products purchased through this Website and to the maximum extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded so that our liability for all claims with respect to direct, indirect or consequential loss suffered by reason of any transaction through this Website is limited to the following:

  • the replacement of the products purchased; or
  • the refund of the purchase price of the products and shipping costs.
